Project Overview

jcode is a RAM-efficient AI coding agent harness optimized for multi-session workflows. It uses significantly less RAM than similar tools (such as Claude Code and Codex CLI) — with 10 active sessions, it uses only about 1/20 of the RAM used by Claude Code. Startup time is extremely fast, with a time-to-first-frame of approximately 14ms, dozens of times faster than other tools.
