Comic Utils is a modern, high-performance desktop application aimed at comic enthusiasts, digital manga collectors, and ebook readers. It adopts the Windows 11 Fluent Design language and integrates native Mica and Acrylic materials and system accent colors for an intuitive, smooth workflow.

Quick Start

1. Download the latest ComicUtils.exe from GitHub Releases
2. Double-click to run; it is portable and needs no installation
3. Developers can run from source: requires Python 3.10+; install dependencies and run python main.py
4. You can also run build.bat in the repository to build a standalone Windows executable

Notes

• Due to proprietary format licensing, RAR extraction and conversion are supported but creating new RAR archives is not
• MOBI is a deprecated format; converting to epub or cbz is recommended
• Download the executable from the official Releases to avoid untrusted builds
