Project Overview

This is a standalone portable edition of the "Software Manager" extracted from Tencent PC Manager. The main manager program is removed and only software download, installation, upgrade and uninstall remain, for Windows users who want a clean tool without installing the whole manager suite.

Just the software manager, without the whole PC Manager suite.

Quick Start

1. Download and unzip the full portable package to get a folder named after the version
2. Download and unzip the library update package and put its files into that version folder
3. Move the version folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent\QQPCMgr, creating it if needed
4. Double-click QQPCSoftMgr.exe inside the folder to run
5. To refresh the software library, stop the related processes and download the library files into that folder
