Project Overview

ming-tv is a video player written in Java with native Android, adapting from landscape big screens (TV, projector, tablet) to portrait phones. It is compatible with the TVBox ecosystem's sources and spiders, bundles dual playback kernels plus live TV, cloud drives, casting and push-configuration modules, and is completely free with no ads.

Quick Start

1. Download the APK from Releases or the Gitee release page and install it
2. Go to Settings → Interface config and enter a TVBox URL, or scan the QR to paste from your phone
3. Browse categories on the home screen or search to start playing
4. Add WebDAV / AList accounts under the cloud-drive entry to play your media

Notes

• The app ships no video content; everything comes from third-party interfaces you configure
• Danmaku is not connected to a data source; magnet and P2P links degrade to copy-link
• IJK cannot play AES-128 encrypted HLS; such sources fall back to ExoPlayer automatically
• Updates are manual — install the new APK, there is no built-in upgrade
