README
Project Overview
Traffic Buddy is an Android data-plan query app built with Flutter. It logs in through carriers' official web interfaces so you can manage up to 4 numbers across China Mobile, Unicom, Telecom and CBN in one place, and check remaining data right from a home-screen widget.
One app to keep track of up to 4 SIM cards' remaining data.
Key Features
- Multi-SIM management: up to 4 numbers across four carriers, each with its own independent login session
- Official-site queries: fetches usage through carriers' official logins, matching their own pages
- Home-screen widget: shows remaining data on the launcher without opening the app
- Background refresh: periodically re-fetches usage so the widget stays fresh
- Low-data alerts: warns you when remaining data drops below a set threshold
- Estimated values flagged: Telecom figures are estimates and clearly marked "approx."
Target Audience
- Users with multiple SIM cards
- Android users who watch their data balance
- People managing family members' phone plans
- Users who dislike installing one app per carrier
Quick Start
- Download the APK from Releases and install it on your Android phone
- Log in to each carrier account inside the app
- Add the home-screen widget to check data daily
Core Advantages
- All-in-one view: four cards without switching four official apps
- Trustworthy data: sourced from official sites, estimates clearly labeled
- Frictionless checking: widget plus background refresh, no app opening needed
System Requirements
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| OS | Android 7.0 or later |
| Architecture | ARM64 |
Notes
- Queries rely on carriers' web pages; logins or parsing may break after site redesigns
- Carrier credentials are stored inside the app; use it only on devices you trust
- Telecom figures are estimates for reference only
