dandanplay

Project Overview

Dandanplay is a full-featured local video player with danmaku, whose standout feature is automatically matching and loading bullet comments for local files so downloaded shows feel as lively as streaming sites. It plays common video formats locally and fetches and shares danmaku through an open bullet-comment network. Official builds cover Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, UWP, and tvOS, and the desktop version is available from the official cloud drive or the GitHub releases page.

Local videos can have a screen full of danmaku too.
