README

Project Overview

Qingyu Timetable (轻屿课表) is an Android timetable application for campus scenarios, with a focus on Xiaomi/HyperOS devices. Its core value is not just displaying courses, but connecting the timetable, reminders, notifications, widgets, and HyperOS Super Island into one complete chain — focusing on "what class is next, how far into the current class, and whether status can be known without opening the app." It is maintained for Android and suits students who want course reminders integrated into the system notification experience. It supports managing multiple timetables for different semesters, roles, or course plans.

Key Features

  • Weekly timetable view with swipe-to-change-week and one-tap return to current week
  • Daily timetable view, switchable alongside the weekly view to focus on the day's schedule
  • Multiple timetables saved independently and switchable, with notifications and Super Island following the active timetable
  • Course CRUD with abbreviations, colors, odd/even weeks, notes, and more
  • Time template system to customize period times per school schedule
  • Staged reminders: before class, during class, and before class ends
  • Class alarm: batch-add alarms to the system clock app based on the real timetable
  • HyperOS/Xiaomi Super Island, notification shade, and focus notification integration
  • Today widget with course snapshot sync, plus statistics widgets in 2×2 / 2×4 sizes
  • Application style options: Classic UI / Glass Dock (liquid glass bottom navigation)
  • Custom wallpapers and liquid glass textures, with true refractive glass course cards
  • Built-in gradient wallpapers (Lava Orange / Peach Cream / Teal Ember) — no network or storage needed
  • Course statistics: semester/weekly dual views, trends, heatmaps, teacher and classroom rankings, achievements, and multi-timetable comparison
  • QR code face-to-face transfer (fountain code multi-frame, no network required)
  • Academic system web login import, .ics import/export, full backup export and restore
  • UI support for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan/Hong Kong), English, Japanese, and Korean
  • About page reads GitHub Releases for in-app update detection

Target Audience

  • Android student users who want course reminders integrated into system notifications
  • Users with Xiaomi/HyperOS devices who want to leverage Super Island and focus notifications
  • Users who need to manage multiple timetables in parallel (different semesters, roles, or course plans)
  • Developers who want to contribute to academic system adaptations

Quick Start

  1. Download the latest version from GitHub Releases; release packages are currently mainly arm64-v8a
  2. After installation, it is recommended to enable notification permission, auto-start, unrestricted battery, and focus notification / promoted ongoing permissions
  3. Import courses via academic system web login, .ics import, or manual entry
  4. To display course abbreviations on the Super Island, fill in the abbreviation manually in the course editor

Core Advantages

  • Connects timetable, staged reminders, system notifications, and HyperOS Super Island into a complete chain
  • Supports academic system web login import, with adaptations for some schools via the qingyu_warehouse repository
  • Rich personalization including liquid glass UI, gradient wallpapers, and course statistics
  • Open-source under GPL-3.0

System Requirements

  • OS: Android (optimized for Xiaomi/HyperOS devices)
  • Super Island requires HyperOS 3.0.300 or above, or OPPO C16 or above

Notes

  • The project is under continuous iteration, currently focusing on reminder chain stability, liquid glass visuals, and academic import experience
  • Academic system adaptation currently covers only some schools; schools not yet adapted can use .ics import or backup migration
