README
Project Overview
OpenList-Mobile is OpenListTeam's mobile file-server app, based on the OpenList (formerly AList) project and written in Flutter. It puts a file-listing service inside your phone for LAN file sharing as well as remote access and online management. Android is supported today, while the iOS build is still experimental.
Put cloud-drive aggregation and file management in your phone, ready to serve anytime.
Key Features
- Built-in file server: the app itself is an OpenList service, with no separate server to set up
- LAN sharing: devices on the same network can browse the file list your phone provides
- Remote access: reach your files from outside with a public IP or forwarding
- Online management: mount storage and browse and manage files from the phone
- Multi-storage aggregation: mount and manage cloud drives and local storage through OpenList
- Multiple platforms: Android is stable while iOS keeps developing
Target Audience
- Users who want a file server on their phone
- Users who need to reach a self-hosted cloud drive on the go
- People already familiar with OpenList or AList
- Users who want quick LAN file sharing
Quick Start
- Download the latest Android build from Releases and install it
- Grant storage and network permissions and wait for the built-in service to start on first launch
- Add and mount the cloud drives or local storage you need
- On the LAN open the address the app shows in a browser to browse your files
- For external access, configure port forwarding or a tunnel as prompted
- Grab a new installer from Releases when you want to update
Core Advantages
- Server included: no separate OpenList deployment is needed; install and go
- Mobile-first: both the server and file management live in your phone
- Consistent ecosystem: it follows OpenList's mounting and management approach for easy migration
- Kept current: tracks upstream OpenList releases to stay functionally in sync
System Requirements
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| OS | Android; iOS experimental |
| Dependencies | Same network for LAN sharing; a reachable network for remote access |
| Build environment | Flutter 3.32.7 or later |
Notes
- The iOS build is still in development and neither complete nor fully stable
- Remote access depends on your network and may need port forwarding or a tunnel
- Some cloud-drive mounts require authorization details as OpenList specifies
