Project Overview

GridCraft is an open-source spreadsheet from the ArtCraft community: a clean-room take on the Excel workflow written in pure Rust, aiming for speed and a native feel.

It runs natively on macOS, Windows, Linux and BSD, and in the browser via WebAssembly; a finished quarterly sales dashboard with a totals row, conditional formatting, sparklines and two live charts can be built entirely from GridCraft commands, drivable by the CLI and AI agents over MCP.

Quick Start
