README
Project Overview
WordCraft is an open-source word processor from the ArtCraft community: a clean-room rebuild of the Word workflow in pure Rust, fast and lightweight.
It keeps the Word elements you know: the ribbon, styles, tables, track changes, references and mail merge, reading and writing .docx; it runs natively on macOS, Windows, Linux and BSD, and in the browser via WebAssembly, drivable by the CLI and AI agents over MCP.
