Project Overview

BiliMux is a cross-platform desktop app for Bilibili video download and cache conversion, built on Electron and TypeScript for Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon), and Linux. It solves two things: merging the Bilibili client's downloaded separated audio/video caches (m4s) into directly playable MP4 files in one click, and after login batch-downloading favorites, bangumi, and drama lists with automatic MP4 merging. Merging uses the bundled MP4Box (from GPAC), with task progress visible in the app.

Quick Start

1. Download the installer for your platform from Releases
2. Open BiliMux and switch to the Local Cache page to scan the Bilibili client's downloaded caches
3. Select the caches to convert and merge them into MP4 in one click
4. Log in to your Bilibili account, then batch-download from Favorites, Bangumi, or Dramas with automatic merging
5. If macOS reports the app as damaged on first open, run sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/BiliMux.app and reopen

• macOS unsigned: first launch may report the app as damaged; clear the quarantine flag with the xattr command

• Cache source: cache conversion targets the separated audio/video format downloaded by the official Bilibili client
