Project Overview

jubo-live is a portable Windows launcher for four live platforms, written in C# with .NET Framework 4.8. It opens Bilibili, Huya, Douyu, and Douyin rooms in mpv (PotPlayer also supported) with a danmaku overlay, room and streamer search, and per-platform favorites and recent plays. It writes no registry, installs no services or drivers, and keeps data in the data folder next to the exe — deleting the folder uninstalls it. Huya, Douyu, and Douyin stream through a local relay that reconnects automatically when CDNs cut the stream.

Key Features

Quick Start

1. Download the full build (mpv bundled) or lite build from Releases and extract to a writable folder
2. Double-click 看直播.exe to start
3. Pick a platform, paste a room number or link, and press Enter to open in mpv
4. For the lite build, point Player Path to your mpv or PotPlayer once — it remembers
5. Enable the danmaku overlay when needed; it follows the player window

Notes

• PotPlayer not bundled: PotPlayer is proprietary and cannot be redistributed; the app only launches it, with the path set in the interface
• Local cookies: platform cookies are stored as plain files in the local data folder, used only for public platform APIs
• Danmaku protocol changes: when Douyu upgrades its danmaku protocol, older versions stop receiving messages — update to the latest release
• Content copyright: stream content belongs to the platforms and streamers; for personal learning and use only
