README
Project Overview
The iOS edition of ming-tv is a SwiftUI + AVPlayer client sharing its origin with the Android app, compatible with TVBox / AppleCMS collection interfaces. It bundles live TV, cloud drives and all-source aggregated search, is adapted for iPhone / iPad and verified on an iPhone 13, and is positioned for development and testing.
The iOS sibling of the Android player — collection sources, live TV and cloud drives on your phone.
Key Features
- Collection sources: TVBox / AppleCMS Type 0/1 interfaces with site switching and category browsing
- Live TV: interface channels plus a built-in fallback, grouped lists, EPG timeline and per-channel UA
- Cloud drives: play WebDAV (PROPFIND) and AList (login + public path) media directly
- Aggregated search: concurrent all-source search with incremental results, source filtering and 20 history entries
- Playback control: 0.5–2.0x speed, ±10 s, prev/next episode, loop, audio-track switching and landscape fullscreen
- m3u8 ad filtering: matches Android rules to drop SCTE-35 ranges and keyword ad segments
- Anti-hotlink playback: injects Referer / Cookie / Authorization into player and segment requests
- Data management: resume history, favorites and source settings, with a toggleable splash page
Target Audience
- iPhone and iPad users
- Players holding TVBox collection interfaces
- Android ming-tv users wanting cross-platform parity
- iOS developers studying video players

- LAN push, QR scanning, DLNA casting and danmaku are not implemented
- Free Apple ID signatures expire after 7 days; for development and testing only
