README
Project Overview
BiliMusic turns Bilibili's vast, loosely organized, and oddly titled music content into a desktop listening experience. Built with Electron and React, it cleans video titles into lyric-searchable keywords, organizes results into music lists, lets you browse creator pages like artist pages, and aims for the quiet, translucent feel of Apple Music. Besides the usual desktop builds, it also ships a HarmonyOS PC Electron project.
Turn Bilibili videos into a refined, handy desktop music library.
Key Features
- Music search: video and user search with album/song-style results, and creator pages you can keep browsing
- Discover and recommend: a recommend page for Bilibili picks and a discover page aggregating music rankings
- Desktop player: play/pause, previous/next, shuffle, loop, seek, volume and mute, plus an immersive playback view
- Lyrics matching: strips title noise, extracts candidate song names, scores matches by similarity, and supports manual version picking
- Library: recent plays, likes, custom playlists, and a play queue, with playlist JSON import and export
- Tray integration: closing the window minimizes to tray, where playback can be controlled
- Cross-platform builds: Windows, macOS, and Linux installers, plus HarmonyOS PC HAP build preparation
Target Audience
- People who often listen to music on Bilibili and want a dedicated player
- Desktop users who like the Apple Music look and feel
- Users who want to build up playlists and listening history over time
- Those following the HarmonyOS PC desktop app ecosystem

Core Advantages

- Smart title cleaning: removes video title noise, noticeably improving lyric match rates
- A library that accumulates: playlists, likes, recent plays, and queue state persist across restarts
- Deeply desktop-oriented: tray control, frameless windows, immersive playback, and per-platform handling

Notes
- The project bundles no audio, video, or lyrics; playback content comes from Bilibili
- No affiliation or partnership with Bilibili, Apple Music, or Apple Inc.
- Lyrics matching relies on platform APIs, and irregular titles may match poorly; use manual search when needed
- For study, research, and personal use only; follow platform terms and copyright rules
