README
Project Overview
Sanmu Reader is a network-novel reader built along the lines of the Legado (Yuedu 3.0) project, with its core parsing library written in Go. It provides Android, Windows, and iOS versions, delegating source-rule parsing and content fetching to the Go library so mobile and desktop share one parsing core. The project is no longer maintained, and book sources must be imported by the user.
A lightweight multi-platform novel reader powered by a Go parsing library.
Key Features
- Go parsing library: a Go-based core that handles source rules and content fetching
- Multi-platform builds: Android and Windows versions, with the iOS app searchable on the App Store as "Sanmu Reader"
- Source import: import Yuedu 3.0 book sources to widen the range of searchable sites
- Online search: submits book titles as keywords to third-party sites for trial reading
- Desktop shortcuts: on Windows, page turns work with A/D or the left/right arrow keys
- Local and online reading: covers both local books and online sources
Target Audience
- Users reading novels with Yuedu 3.0 book sources
- People who read online novels on a Windows PC
- Users who prefer a lightweight reader with an independent parsing core
- Those who want a consistent reading habit across platforms
Quick Start
- Download the Android APK or the Windows build from Releases
- iOS users can search "Sanmu Reader" on the App Store
- Prepare and import Yuedu 3.0 book sources yourself, validating them first
- On Windows, click the window to focus it, then turn pages with A/D or the arrow keys
- Search a title and pick an available source to start reading
Core Advantages
- Independent parsing: the Go library decouples parsing from the UI for stable performance
- Consistent across platforms: phone and PC share the same parsing logic
- Source compatibility: reuses the Yuedu 3.0 source format and its ecosystem
- Simple operation: shortcut page turns and other desktop details keep reading smooth
System Requirements
| Item | Requirement |

Notes
- The project is discontinued, so features and compatibility are no longer updated
- The iOS version has been removed from the App Store with no republishing plan
- The Windows desktop build has no community, so you must import sources yourself
- The app provides no content; search and trial results come from third-party sites at your own risk
