Project Overview

TVboxOSC is an open-source, free and ad-free TVBox app written in Java that aggregates on-demand sources, live sources and local videos. Since 3.0.0 the app is named TVboxOSC with a redesigned interface and improved sources, wallpapers, live TV and local video features; history and favorites live on the home page and settings are grouped under "Mine". The repository also collects interfaces, live sources and related software for easy access in one place. In-app updates support automatic detection and Wi-Fi background downloads, with installation confirmed by the user.

Quick Start

1. Download the latest APK from Releases and install it
2. Open the app and go to subscription or source settings under "Mine"
3. Import on-demand sources, live sources and wallpapers via links or local files
4. Browse media on the home page, then use search or categories to find and play a title
5. Check for a new version on the About page when needed, where Wi-Fi background download can be enabled

• Vet sources yourself: all sources are collected from the internet for testing and research only and must not be used commercially
• No content stored: the project stores no streaming content, and legal responsibility rests with the user
• No 2.x migration: 3.x uses a new package name, so upgrading from 2.x does not migrate old data
• Interfaces come and go: interfaces are maintained by various parties with uncertain lifetimes and may fail at any time
