Project Overview

LaoYing Toolkit is a free performance-tuning utility for Windows gaming, shipped as a single exe that needs no .NET runtime. It gathers core scheduling, system optimization, DLSS model presets, AMD memory overclocking and PBO tuning into one tool, made and maintained by the "LaoYing" review channel.

• AMD memory overclocking: tune frequency, voltage and timings, with profile import/export and backup restore
• PBO tuning: VID alignment, automatic per-core negative offsets, and CO / FMax settings with record management
• Tray background: scheduling keeps running when minimized to the tray, and restores state on proper exit

Quick Start

1. Download the .exe from the release Assets (not the Source code archive)
2. Put it in a fixed folder, run it and grant administrator rights
3. Create a scheduling rule for the game's actual EXE and enable it; the default V4 mode is a safe start

Notes

• Overclocking and undervolting may cause instability; a successful write is not proof of stability - test with your own hardware and games
• Real DLSS results depend on the game and GPU driver version
• Tools required by PBO are prepared per in-app prompts; the PawnIO driver must be installed separately
• Exit the toolkit properly from the tray before replacing the exe manually
