Project Overview

Starlight Launcher is a cross-platform Minecraft Java Edition launcher built for the StarLight-Server (SLS). It is based on the Modrinth App and modified from the Axolotl launcher, with commercial modules removed to focus on a clean, ad-free desktop launch experience. It manages the Modrinth and CurseForge content ecosystem inside a single client.

Quick Start

1. Download the matching installer from Releases (.exe, universal .dmg, .AppImage/.deb/.rpm)
2. After install, sign in or authenticate; configure look and theme on first run
3. Browse and one-click install mods and modpacks from Modrinth and CurseForge in the built-in search
4. Use instance management to create an instance, pick its modpack and version, then launch
5. Updates run through built-in Tauri signature checks and complete in the background
