PiliAurora

Project Overview

PiliAurora is a Bilibili third-party client built with Flutter, continuing from PiliPlus 2.1.5 and mainly maintaining Android and Windows x64. While inheriting upstream browsing, playback and account features, it focuses on the desktop viewing experience: multiple windows, hardware decoding and lower memory usage.

Pushing the PiliPlus desktop experience one step further.

Key Features

• Multi-window playback: pop out several independent windows for videos and livestreams on Windows, with pin, drag, resize and grid or cascade arrangement
• Hardware decoding: prefers D3D11 hardware decode with shared-texture output on Windows, falling back automatically when unsupported
• Low-memory rendering: preprocessed danmaku reuse text layout, tracks and raster images with capacity budgets, keeping overall memory notably below the original
• Playback stability: bounded recovery for MediaCodec and Surface errors, playback sessions isolated by page and request generation so fast source switching never corrupts state
• Content browsing: home recommendations, trending, rankings, videos, anime, articles, audio, livestreams and search
• Interactions: comments, dynamics, follows, fans, private messages and live chat
• Account management: multi-account, favorites, history, watch-later, anime subscriptions and offline downloads
• Extensions: DLNA casting, WebDAV settings backup, SponsorBlock and on-demand backup CDN attempts

Quick Start

1. Download the per-ABI APK or the Windows x64 portable package from Releases
2. Sign in with your Bilibili account and start watching
3. On desktop, try multiple playback windows and hardware decoding settings
