Project Overview

clear-tomato is an LSPosed module that strips out what you never use in an app: extra tabs, floating balls, and page components. It only removes UI you do not look at and does not block ads; every rule hooks the host's own switch, so when it is off the corresponding views and requests are never created rather than hidden afterward, leaving no blank slots or half-rendered pages. It currently targets Fanqie Free Novel and Hongguo Free Short Drama.

Key Features

• Slim main tabs: keep only Bookstore, Bookshelf, and Mine in Fanqie; Home, Theater, and Mine in Hongguo
• Slim sub-tabs: remove Watch Drama, Video, and Mall from the Fanqie bookstore and Favorites from the bookshelf
• Clean profile page: remove coins, cash balance, WeChat withdrawal, welfare, and the bottom feed from Fanqie's Mine page
• Remove floating balls: drop coin widgets, post balls, continue-watching overlays, and cold-start growth bars
• Switch-level control: each rule hooks the host's own switch, so views and requests stop being created when off
• Fault tolerance: when a target method is missing, only that rule is skipped and logged, without affecting others
• Inspectable logs: every rule's attach and trigger is logged and mirrored to logcat

• Power users comfortable with LSPosed and rooting

Quick Start

1. Install the module APK, for example with adb install app-release.apk
2. Enable the module in Vector or the LSPosed manager and select com.dragon.read and com.phoenix.read as its scope
3. Force-stop the target app and reopen it
4. If the first cold start does not take effect, force-stop and restart once more
5. To troubleshoot, inspect rule logs with adb logcat -d | grep "ClearApp/"

Notes

• Only affects apps already installed on your device and never modifies any installation package
• Rules are written against specific class and method names, so some may break after an app update
• Confirm that using root and Xposed-style tools is legal in your region
